The assembly dimension shall be accurate and the interface clearance shall be as small as possible. The gap is slightly larger and easy to burn through.
The key to welding stainless steel sheet is to control the linear energy on the welded joint, so as to minimize the heat input on the premise of completing the welding, so as to reduce the heat affected zone and avoid the above defects. The use current should not be too large, and try to shorten the heating time of the plate, so as to reduce the deformation of the plate.
